I met with Dr Gohir yesterday after waiting a long time to be seen by the NHS. My appointment was arranged within a couple of days, and I honestly cannot fault the service. Sam was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly and in great detail. Follow-up paperwork was received very quickly, and excellent advice was provided regarding further investigations should they be required. I would highly recommend their service.

I want to thank Muhammad Imran for helping me recover from plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I can honestly say the pain I had been suffering from was unbearable and had stopped me doing all the sports and exercise classes I enjoy in my free time. I was referred to him for shockwave therapy, something I had no prior knowledge of. It is quite a remarkable piece of equipment and really worth considering if you have tried other physio options. I really noticed an improvement after about 3-4 sessions. Together with some manual stretching of my foot by Muhammad and using an ice bottle at home, this has been a very effective treatment. Muhammad clearly knows his stuff and took time to explain what he was doing and why, also answering my questions whenever I had any.

I had considerable knee pain and within 48 hours I had arranged an appointment and well inside an hour I had been examined and treated.
Mr Asim was amazing; very helpful, understanding and keeping me informed throughout the visit.

I saw Dr Gohir 5 days after a smooth & quick phone assessment & booking process, for arthritic pain and swelling in my hands, mostly the right hand. I previously saw Dr Gohir a year ago for the same issue and was confident that he would be able to get me out of pain again. On arrival I was greeted at reception & taken to Dr Gohir’s treatment room, we talked through the issues & he examined & scanned my hands. Dr Gohir explained findings on the scan & proposed treatment, I agreed with the treatment of a steroid injection on the day in the right hand and to return for treatment on other issues. The injection was done by Dr Gohir straight away and information sheet & advice given. I noticed the improvement within 48 hours of injection and now, over a week later my hand feels amazing! I can actually use my hand as normal again! I would 100% recommend the joint injection clinic & Dr Gohir! The price is so reasonable and the results are quick & last for such a long time! I am so grateful to be out of pain, be listened to with respect & to be treated so professionally. I can’t thank Dr Gohir enough.

After my consultation with Mr. Ishaque, I now know that I’ve injured my tendon and possibly my cartilage. He’s writing a letter for me to take to my GP so I can be referred for an MRI scan for further investigation.

I’ve been seeing Dr Mohammad Imran due to a frozen shoulder. I have only done 4 physiotherapy sessions so far and the results have been amazing.
After just a couple of days, I had my first good night sleep and not waking up because of the pain, not to even the massive improvement in the range of motion.
Dr Imran is very professional, the sessions are very hands on and I leave feeling very “light” and pain free. He knows exactly what workouts need to be done and how to help.
I couldn’t possible recommend him enough. I am very happy with his treatment so far and I am very glad that I have requested his services.

I damaged my right knee in February this year. When it failed to heal after two months of pain, I decided to have a private MRI scan which revealed a complex medial meniscus tear. Thinking it would quickly repair I left if for another month or two.
When no progress occurred I decided to seek further clinical intervention. After an internet search I found the Joint Injection Clinic that had convenient locations to me. After a couple of conversations with Mr Asim I booked an appointment. On arrival at the clinic we were met by Mr Asim. During the consultation, he looked at my knee scans and interpreted the findings in detail and explained the workings of the knee which was very helpful. He suggested the treatment that would be most beneficial to me. He set me at my ease prior the procedure and showed me how and where, under ultrasound guidance, where he was injecting. The whole procedure was quite painless and didn’t last long. I was given a leaflet explaining the treatment outcome and what to expect as the treatment takes effect and what to do if I had any problems. Very comforting.

Dr. Gohir (Sam) was brilliant during my consultation. Firstly by making sure I wasn't paying for a scan that wouldn't necessarily pick up the cause of my injury. Secondly the examination identified the potential problem that would require an MRI scan to confirm. After a car accident I was referred by my insurers to the joint injection clinic to help with my neck and shoulder pain. I have received 10 sessions which have helped massively. I found them to be very helpful,polite and all my appointments were on time and on a Saturday which meant no time lost from work. I have since been discharged but only after they agreed this was right for me, with exercises to do at home but I can contact them at any time if I feel the need. Would totally recommend them .

Saw Dr Brian McDiarmid today regarding my left knee. Brian was very helpful and efficient. After an Ultrasound he recommended the ostensible plus treatment which was carried out with no problem. I intend to report back later in a few months with an update.

I have been using Joint injection clinic for my back pain, shoulder and neck pain for last 6 weeks and I found them very professional, supportive and very informative. The results are amazing since I stated, where I have very tiff and tense back, my posture was not in the best place and I was in pain. With regular sessions I have improved alot, in much better position and shape now. I highly recommend their service to all who have postural, tender and painful joints.

The joint injection truly put the patience first and ensure you are as comfortable as possible. The staff were extremely friendly and flexible throughout the 2 months of treatment I received and shared they are always here to help if I need them in the future.

I had ultrasound guided injections into both my knees. I am always nervous before any medical treatment but Dr Gohir answered all my questions clearly and fully and made sure I understood all the issues and was comfortable. Although it is early days the treatment has been successful for me and I can walk much more easily and with little pain. This is a vast improvement. I would certainly return.

After a year of chronic neck pain seeing various medics with no result and being told there was nothing more that could be done,, I found the Joint Injection Clinic.
Today I saw Sam, who was so helpful and knowledgeable, totally professional. I had a thorough examination and a way forward with further treatment.

Amazing therapist, very friendly and accommodating took his time explaining everything in layman so he was confident I understood the images I would never have been able to decode myself. Never felt rushed for a second.
Overall walked away very pleased with the experience. Anyone who has am injury they are debating getting looked at should definitely give these guys a call.

Visited Sameer on 15th May suffering with severe arthritic hip. Sameer was professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable about my condition. He put me at ease and explained everything about the ultrasound guided procedure. There was no pressure to go ahead with the injection, he was more concerned with my wealthfare than making money. Approximately 40 hours after the injection the pain alleviated and I am
now able to walk with minimal pain. I cannot recommended the Castle hill clinic and Sameer highly enough.Update...my hip is now pain free after 7 days since injection. I have quality of life again. Thankyou Sameer.

A very speedy service was provided by the clinic and Dr Sameer was most efficient. The ultra sound/cortisone injection into my finger was carried out quickly and with only little discomfort. The results were felt immediately after the procedure and the following day all pain had ceased.

I contacted them as I am not sure about injections and they called me back within same day. I was offered an appointment 3 days later. Dr Sameer was extremely professional and explained me all the options (physiotherapy, injections or no treatment). I have asked few questions and were answered promptly. I opted for Ostenil plus for my knee arthritis. I am 3-4 weeks after the injection and having less pain. I can walk more and feel more confident to walk to local shops.
It is hard to find genuine professionals these days and this clinic is definitely one of the best out there. Thanks you and I will back for the injection in my other knee.
